Interaction design is there to help build better products and services by recognising and understanding user needs, and developing accessible, useful and used solutions for service and product users.

Ive been working with digital delivery teams for over 15 years, and have worked on national critical and extremely complex projects. I can work quickly to identify quick wins while help establish a future road map for your product.

I have now coached and mentored dozens of public sector colleagues in both basic user centred design practices, and prototyping methods, having led UCD courses and inductions.

I’m proud to have grown user centred design as a practice within incredibly large and complex organisations, and helped build the confidence of many junior designers through guidance, mentorship, and 121 support.
